"Very helpful and quick. The phone rang only a couple times before I was on the phone with a real person! I talked to a person named, Rossy, l believe and she was incredibly helpful! I was expecting a lot of hoops but she was able to look me up in her system and send me the information that I needed within about 5 minutes. She even sent me the link to their app so I could log in and find my information through there. I really appreciated all of the help that she provided! :)"

"We got hit recently by a Hail Storm. State Farm sent a person to review the roof, and I got the claim approved for a full roof, gutters and inside painting (Hail made a whole in the roof and wet the ceiling inside the house). Thank you to Mark's agent Rossy for putting me in contact with the Claim rep so I didn't have to wait on hold or keep leaving voicemails. She is the best! I got a check handed in person in my house today."
