Meet our newest bilingual team member, Rossy Suarez. She grew up in Kansas City and put down family roots in Shawnee, later moving to Lenexa. Her everyday enthusiasm and outlook are a great asset to our team. Rossy brings 17+ years of office management skills and is detail oriented. She is great at staying up to date with evolving programs and updating processes to streamline them for efficiency. She is also an excellent collaborator with our team and customers. More importantly, Rossy cares about making a difference with our customers, her priority is getting you the right policy to cover your needs. Rossy’s favorite part of having joined our office is getting to know our customers and building trusting relationships daily.
When Rossy’s not in the office assisting our customers, she enjoys watching her son’s soccer games and taking her favorite workout classes in KCK. If you are up bright and early, you’ll find her walking through her Lenexa neighborhood with a pack of dogs and new friends to get the day started.
